  1. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

 

6.1. The User is obliged to:

6.1.1. Provide personal data information necessary for using the Site.

6.1.2. Update and supplement the provided personal data information in case of changes.

6.2. The Site Administration is obliged to:

6.2.1. Use the obtained information exclusively for the purposes specified in section 4 of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.2. Ensure the confidentiality of information, not disclose it without the User’s prior written consent, and not sell, exchange, publish, or otherwise disclose the provided personal data of the User, except as provided in sections 5.2 and 5.3 of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of User personal data according to the procedures generally used to protect such information in the current business environment.

6.2.4. Block personal data related to the corresponding User from the moment of the User's or their legal representative's request or the authorized body for the protection of personal data subjects' rights during the verification period if inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions are detected.

 

  1. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

 

7.1. The Site Administration that fails to fulfill its obligations is liable for damages incurred by the User due to unlawful use of personal data in accordance with the law, except in cases provided for in sections 5.2, 5.3, and 7.2 of this Privacy Policy.

7.2. In the event of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Site Administration is not liable if such confidential information:

7.2.1. Became public before its loss or disclosure.

7.2.2. Was received from a third party before it was obtained by the Site Administration.

7.2.3. Was disclosed with the User’s consent.

 

  1. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

 

8.1. Before filing a lawsuit for disputes arising from the relationship between the Site User and the Site Administration, submitting a claim (written proposal for voluntary dispute resolution) is mandatory.

8.2. The recipient of the claim will notify the claimant in writing about the results of the claim review within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim.
