Only then will teams be able to transition from "AI is a database" to "AI is our new intellectual partner," and fear will turn into confidence in their own capabilities and in the technology's potential.
And, as your experience shows, even if the initial proposal to test a local neural network goes unanswered, the mere fact of its installation and the willingness to share knowledge creates the "seeds" of future acceptance. When colleagues see that AI can work autonomously, generate valuable content, and not threaten their status, they are likely to stop fearing it and start asking new, more interesting questions – both of AI and themselves.
